Continuing with more Senior photos, here are a few of my favorites with Amy Rose.  She happens to hold an extra special place in my heart because she is my sister-in-law.  Travis’ family adopted her from China when Trav was eleven years old and Amy was just a year.  Her story is one that gives testimony to the working of God’s miraculous hand in our lives.  During her last visit to California she and I were discussing how long I have been in their family’s lives and to her it seems like I have just always been apart of the family.  She was 9 years old when Travis and I first started dating.  She used to sit in my lap and cuddle, I used to curl her hair and put makeup on her… all of which she hardly remembers.  Anyway, she is quiet, loving, thoughtful, loves to read and grown into a beautiful woman of God full of wisdom.  She has touched so many lives with her courage to share her story.  I believe God has great things in store for this girl.  He chose her.  He loves her.  He has watched over her from the moment her life began.  So, now we get to celebrate with her all that she has accomplished.  Congratulations Amy on graduating high school!  We love you so much and are so proud of who you have become.

This sweet girl is graduating high school this year and is just as beautiful as can be!  She was so much fun and so easy to photograph.  Her mom has become a dear friend and mentor to me over the last few years and I just can’t get over how much of her mom I see in her.  Both beautiful women with amazing hearts.   Here are a few of my favorites with the beautiful Kayla:

Joel & Michelle’s wedding day could not have gone more perfectly.  The weather forecasted for it to be raining during the ceremony that was to take place outdoors, however, the rain did not come until we were taking their final photos.  It was perfect timing!  The wedding and reception was at the gorgeous Rancho Las Lomas and if we had not been rained out… they probably would have had to of forced us off the property.  It was is a stunning location!  Anyway, here are a few of our favorites from their wedding day.

The weather and the day could not have been more beautiful on Tyler and Jodie’s wedding day.  My dear friend, Alissa second shot with me and we really enjoyed getting to know this sweet couple and their families and friends.  Tyler is a Marine and was actually deployed shortly after their wedding.  So, hopefully these pictures bring a smile to his face while he is separated from his wife.  Thanks Tyler and Jodie for all your sacrifices to protect this county!

This sweet little baby, Seychelle was born about 8 weeks early and was just as tiny as can be.  We took her newborn photos when she was 6 weeks old and we really tried to capture just how tiny she is.  Here are a few our favorites:

Luis and Kristina are such an adorable couple and their interaction between each other was just so cute!  It made for a fun engagement session and after visiting for a while we realized how many mutual friends we have.  So, it just feels like we are instant friends!  We really enjoyed our time with them and are looking forward to their wedding this July!

Some of our best friends, Nick and Emily, welcomed their second son into the world just yesterday.  We had the chance to take a few photos at the hospital today and we just couldn’t wait to share.  Here are a few of our favorites of sweet little Cooper James:

In effort to catch up on posting, we are finally posting about this sweet little lady, Kennedy Reese Davis.  She was born on the same day as our baby Jude and she is the daughter of some of our best friends (you may remember them from their maternity photos).  Both Natalie and I were due on the same day and we actually both had our babies on our due date which is extremely rare.  So, Jude and Kennedy are birthday buddies!  Anyway, here are a few of sweet Kennedy:

We had so much fun shooting Michelle and Joel’s engagement photos in Lake Arrowhead.  It was a gorgeous day and it was just fun getting to know them a little bit better.  We are really looking forward to shooting their wedding at the gorgeous Ranch Las Lomas in just a couple of weeks.

We are back to blogging!  We have a ton of recent work that we need to catch up on, so for starters here are a few of our favorites from Mike & Jennah’s engagement session.  They are such a sweet couple and will be getting married this May.
