I love this sweet family and the fact that I have been able to photograph them several times now. It’s fun documenting the change that happens in just a few short months!

When they hired us to shoot their wedding, I was so excited not only to photograph their amazing day, but just to get to spend an entire day with them. Kayla is graduating!
May 16, 2012This sweet girl is graduating high school this year and is just as beautiful as can be! She was so much fun and so easy to photograph. Her mom has become a dear friend and mentor to me over the last few years and I just can’t get over how much of her mom I see in her. Both beautiful women with amazing hearts. Jude Dawson Collins
November 18, 2011Our sweet baby has arrived and it’s a boy!!! Jude Dawson Collins was born on October 24th at 1:04am weighing 7 lbs 15 oz and 20 inches long. He has been a wonderful addition to our family and we are so in love with him. Hudson is quite the proud big brother and he is so tender with Jude. We are so thankful for the safe arrival of our healthy baby boy.
On a side note: We will be starting to shoot family photo sessions again after Thanksgiving. We have a waiting list that we will be contacting this week to schedule their session, but we do have a little bit of availability for after Thanksgiving. Wedding Albums
September 29, 2011It is that time of year again where we are getting to meet couples who are planning their weddings for this upcoming year. It is always so exciting for us as we meet these new couples because we feel like we are getting to make new friends each time we meet with a potential bride and groom. Having the chance to photograph a wedding has always been an honor for us and we feel so privileged to get to be a part of such a significant day. Anyway, we figured we should post a few pictures of a sample wedding album. This particular album is from a wedding we shot last year. We order all our albums through Madera Books and we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of their albums! It is such a great way to preserve and share some of your most treasured photos from such an important day in a couple’s life.
Victoria’s Senior Portraits

Kinsey is a Senior!

Kinsey is the daughter of my favorite professor in college and it is weird to think that she was about 9 years old when I started taking her dad’s classes. And now she is graduating from high school this June! Kinsey is so sweet and so full of life and again, shooting a senior makes me feel old.
They live next door to a beautiful ranch where we shot some of these photos, so we just couldn’t resist getting at least a few photos with one of their amazing horses:
