You may remember Tom & Steph from their one year anniversary, well this year I was even more excited to shoot them after seeing all that Steph had planned. She styled this entire shoot by herself and I just couldn’t get over how cute everything came together. These just might be some of my favorite photos ever.
This cute couple is getting married this June and they are just so adorable together. Even in just our first meeting it was so evident how much they love each other. Here is just a sneak peek of a few of our favorites from their engagement shoot.
Besides being one of the cutest couples ever, Eryn happens to be the daughter of my favorite professor from college. And when I was in her dad’s program she was about 13 years old. It is so weird to me that she has now graduated college and is about to get married! Also, her adorable husband-to-be is a professional soccer player! They are such a fun and sweet couple and I’m really looking forward to shooting their wedding this next year.

Luis and Kristina are such an adorable couple and their interaction between each other was just so cute! It made for a fun engagement session and after visiting for a while we realized how many mutual friends we have. So, it just feels like we are instant friends! We really enjoyed our time with them and are looking forward to their wedding this July!
We had so much fun shooting Michelle and Joel’s engagement photos in Lake Arrowhead. It was a gorgeous day and it was just fun getting to know them a little bit better. We are really looking forward to shooting their wedding at the gorgeous Ranch Las Lomas in just a couple of weeks.
We are back to blogging! We have a ton of recent work that we need to catch up on, so for starters here are a few of our favorites from Mike & Jennah’s engagement session. They are such a sweet couple and will be getting married this May.
We were so excited when Tom & Steph asked us to do a one year anniversary photo shoot with them and we were even more excited when they filled us in on the details. They had Summer from Grey Likes Weddings style the shoot and there were a few really cute details were incorporated from their wedding day. To start with, the car we shot them in was the car they used as their get away car for their wedding. The cake topper was actually their wedding invitation used as a decoration and they had the top of the wedding cake remade by Sweet and Saucy Shop. And we even shot them at a location they have often gone throughout their relationship. Here are a few of our favorites:

The day after the wedding when we had the chance to take more wedding photos, Nana’s brother and sister along with their significant others came along with us. And with such a beautiful family, I just couldn’t resist taking a few photos of them as well.
Mads and Catharina have been dating for a few months now and I just loved the interaction between the two of them:
One thing that is just amazing about Denmark, is the sky. It changes so often and it was just so beautiful! Below is a picture of the North Sea:
We called this hobbit land. All the homes in this area had grass growing on their roofs, so they would blend in with the land and not take away from the scenery of the rolling green hills against the shore of the sea.
It seems a lot of people don’t realize where Denmark is… well, to give some perspective the city where we were was about a 6 hour drive north of Paris. Denmark has all the charm you would expect from a European country. It would be fair to say, I fell in love with this amazing place.
We had coffee at The Coffee Collective which is a world renown coffee shop. Travis and I actually read about it in a magazine when we were sitting in a waiting room at the doctor’s office a week before I left. We happened to come across a section in the magazine that listed some of the world’s best food and drinks. Well, The Coffee Collective was on the list and has apparently been voted the world’s best cup of coffee (which seems like quite a funny title in light of the movie Elf). So, of course, we had to make stop to get a cup of joe while traveling around Copenhagen. It definitely did not disappoint.

After photographing their wedding and then traveling with them to Denmark to photograph Lina’s sister’s wedding, they have become some really awesome friends!
We went on a boat ride tour to see more of the city of Copenhagen… and it was just relaxing, beautiful and amazing how much history is in Europe.
It really was an amazing trip and Denmark has stolen a place in my heart. I loved the culture, the food and the people. I definitely can’t wait to go back again someday soon!
It is that time of year again where we are getting to meet couples who are planning their weddings for this upcoming year. It is always so exciting for us as we meet these new couples because we feel like we are getting to make new friends each time we meet with a potential bride and groom. Having the chance to photograph a wedding has always been an honor for us and we feel so privileged to get to be a part of such a significant day. Anyway, we figured we should post a few pictures of a sample wedding album. This particular album is from a wedding we shot last year. We order all our albums through Madera Books and we are absolutely thrilled with the quality of their albums! It is such a great way to preserve and share some of your most treasured photos from such an important day in a couple’s life.
