Christmas is my most favorite time of the year. I love the food, I love the parties, I love the gifts and Christmas movies, but the best part of Christmas to me is the time with family. On Christmas day, I went out and took a few pictures of my brother-in-law, Skott Stewart. He is an amazing person and one of my most favorite people in the world. Here are a few pictures!

The other day Hudson and I had a play date with my best friend Amy and her baby boy, Logan. Logan Christopher Hofschroer was born on November 6th and is as cute as they come. I am so excited for the day when Amy and I can sit back and watch our boys play together. While we were hanging out I pulled out our camera to take a few pictures. It was already getting dark outside and definitely too cold to take him outside so we just worked with what we had indoors. Unfortunately, since Chris was at work these pictures are only of Amy and Logan, so we are definitely going to have to schedule a photo shoot with the whole family.
Travis and I are so thankful for our friendship with the Hofschroer’s and we are thrilled for them to have the addition of Logan in their lives.
We met the Bradley’s at a Christmas tree lot that is right next to the beach in San Clemente. We were totally excited when we saw the antique sled they brought with them! They are a beautiful family and we really enjoyed getting to know them. Here are a few of our favorite pictures.

Ok, so I grew up in a household of girls. I had three sisters growing up and as you can imagine our house was filled with dolls and barbies, musical theater, makeup, and anything girly. Last year when I found out I was pregnant with a boy, I knew I was in for an all new experience. Since having my son, I have realized how fun the world of boys can be and meeting the Tasso boys only reassured this to me.
When Angela called to schedule a time to have us take pictures of her four boys, I was totally elated. She wanted to surprise her husband for Christmas with some recent photos of the boys. So, this past week we met up with them at a park to take a few pictures. Travis and I didn’t have to do much to get them to just have fun as we chased them around the park. It is amazing how often it seems that little boys almost really hurt themselves… this is the part I am definitely not used too. The Tasso boys were so much fun to be around and after our time with them, I told Travis I definitely want more boys in our household.
Angela came to have the boys pictures taken, but when the mother is this beautiful we had to ask her to be in a few pictures.
Andy and Emily are also friends of ours from college. A fun story about them is that we got engaged the same weekend in December of ‘04, married a month apart the following summer and our babies are only 1 month apart. We haven’t seen them in years, so it was fun to catch up a little and take pictures of their beautiful family. There daughter Aubrey is a precious addition to their sweet little family and she was such a trooper while we took pictures in really cold weather.
Josh and Brianna have been friends of ours since our days in college. No matter what we are doing when we hang out with them, we always seem to find ourselves laughing until our stomachs hurt. They for sure know how to have a good time and it is totally apparent that they love each other. It has been such a joy to watch them as Kingston joined their lives last year. He is definitely full of personality which is exactly what all of us who know Josh and Brianna expected.
We had such a wonderful time meeting the Ward family and taking their pictures in Laguna Beach. Their daughter Bella is adorable and is only one month older than our little Hudson. It was fun to talk together about our adventures as parents and the joy of having babies. Their family is going to expand even more as they are expecting their second baby in June. Congratulations Ward Family!
It is always wonderful to see extended families spend time together during the holidays. Last week during Thanksgiving, we were able to meet up with the Metcalf Family to capture a few pictures for their holiday cards. We loved watching all the grandkids play together.
