Last month, we had the chance to meet up again with the Ward family.  We met them this past November to take pictures for their Christmas card and we totally hit it off.  So, we were more than excited to get to see them again to take pictures for Bella’s first birthday.  Also, during our photo shoot we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take a few maternity pictures of Amanda because they are expecting another little girl this June!  Congratulations Ward family!

A couple of months ago we took pictures of our friends, Mike and Kristin.  We posted a few of our favorites, but we had a couple of pictures we had to keep secret until the news was out.  Well, the news is out… Mike and Kristin are expecting their first baby!

Kristin, being the planner she is, was already thinking ahead about a fun and creative way to tell their families they were going to have a baby.  So, they brought a pair of baby shoes to incorporate in a few pictures.  The plan was to order a photo album filled with pictures from the photo shoot, and the surprise would be at the end of the album where they included these pictures:

We heard the surprise went over really well and they had fun just letting their families figure it out as they came across the pictures with the baby shoes.  What an exciting journey they have begun!

Congratulations Mike and Kristin!  We are so excited for Baby Brook to join your lives!

For now here are a few of our favorite pictures from our photo shoot a few weeks ago with the Giaretta family.  We had the chance to take pictures of their darling new addition back in January, so it was a lot of fun to get the whole family together.

Their daughter Olivia was such a good sport about taking pictures.  At the end of our time together they pulled out some bubbles to just let her play.
