Chris and Cassie are avid readers, so it made for a really fun engagement shoot when they brought along a few classics books. They are getting married this summer and we are really excited for their wedding. They are such an easy going couple and so much fun to hang out with. Here are a few of our favorites from their engagement session:
First off, we haven’t posted in a long time due to the holidays, some travel and just needing some time off. We will be catching up posting from recent work, but for now here is a really long post to make up for the lack of posting.
We flew up to Sacramento this past weekend to shoot Doug & Kristina’s wedding. The wedding and reception were held at the beautiful Vizcaya Mansion which was located only a short five minute drive from the capitol. We were able to take a few of their photos at the park in front of the capitol which made for some really cute photos. The wedding was beautiful and it was so apparent just how much Doug and Kristina love each other. We must admit there were several moments were both of us were a little teary eyed as we were hiding behind our cameras.
When Kristina’s dad came in to see her for the first time, there was not a dry eye in the room. It was probably one of the sweetest father/daughter moments that we have ever seen:
